Fenn Young Designers Award 2012 Award Ceremony and Exhibition Night
The Fenn Young Designers Award 2012, Bangkok, took off with a bang on the Thursday, 13th of December. Founded by Fenn Designers to assist and develop young talented designers, expose creativity and innovations and foster a forum for creative minds. The annual design competition is open to all young creative minds from all parts of the world.
This year’s theme for the design competition was interpreting “Organic” in all mediums. 280 participants from 57 countries sent in works in the field of Architecture, Interior Design, Product/Graphic Design, Fashion, Urban Design, Poetry, Painting and others.
Overseen by a judging panel comprising of
Dr. Chafia Ferhat, FYDA president and Creative Design Director of Fenn Designer,
Francesco Cappuccio, Director of Accademia Italiana,
Miriam Varghese, Program Director of Fashion for Raffles Institute,
Manuel Librodo, professional photographer,
Mint Ardhawadee Jiramaneekul, recording artist, songwriter
were given the opportunity to review and judge the works from the participants.
The Award Ceremony was held to honour the 3 winners, and the honorary mentions.
